Warning, you might fall in love!
This hotel impressed me with its spacious rooms and a fine outside pool area. The staff's friendliness made all the difference, and the breakfast was generous and varied. Being so close to the Reykjadalur Hot Spring Valley was a fantastic perk! There's a slight hiccup during breakfast rush, but that didn't diminish our enjoyment.

Very nice staff, nice hotel with good restaurant and good breakfast.
Unfortunately there was a party that night with loud music, which made it impossible for us to sleep until late at night. That was very annoying and should not be. Either hotel or disco. Or soundproof rooms.

Spacious and quiet rooms with comfortable beds. Very good breakfast and friendly staff.
Sockets were missing in the bathroom and in the room. From the outside the building is a bit older.

Heated outdoor pool is a lovely feature.
We booked a family room expecting a comfortable stay, but having to pay extra for bedding was very disappointing. The room was never cleaned despite our request, and we felt neglected . The bathroom door not locking added to our frustrations, and it seemed like nothing was done to fix the issues we faced.

We had both dinner and the breakfast buffet here. Both were excellent with the dinner being first rate. Rooms are ok but a bit dated.
Desperately needs new pillows. They are flat, small and old.
